Overview
The Vipassana Research Institute (VRI)
identifies Dhamma Pattana, at the Global Vipassana Pagoda complex in Mumbai,
and Dhamma Vipula in Navi Mumbai as centres in India conducting courses
exclusively for executives. The published 2027 schedules distinguish between
courses labelled “10 Day Executive Course” at Dhamma Pattana and 10-day courses
at Dhamma Vipula where priority is given to executives/professionals.
The dates below are transcribed from the
official schedules available when this document was prepared. Application
windows and seat availability can change. Check the centre schedule before
applying.
1. Dhamma Pattana – Gorai, Borivali (West), Mumbai

Advanced / old-student courses at Dhamma Vipula
The schedule lists STP courses on 9–17 June
2027 and 13–21 October 2027. These are for old students and for executives
only. Eligibility shown: completion of three 10-day courses. For the October
STP, servers should also have completed an STP course before.
3. Eligibility and application guidance

A 10-day Executive Course is
intended especially for business executives and government officials.
·
Read the Code of Discipline and
the centre’s course information before applying.
·
Apply through the official
course schedule page for the selected centre. Each centre may have its own
application process.
·
Wait for the centre’s final
confirmation and confirmation number before making firm travel arrangements.
·
Course participation is offered
without a course fee; courses are supported by voluntary donations from
eligible old students.
·
For STP and other old-student
courses, check the specific qualification requirements. Do not assume that
eligibility for a 10-day course is the same.
