This guide lists girls-only teenager
meditation courses published on official Vipassana centre schedules for 2027.
Most entries are residential courses for teenagers, and some are described as
7-day Vipassana courses. Age limits and course durations differ by centre.
Please read the official schedule carefully before applying.
Application links below open the official
centre schedule. On that page, select the relevant course and use its Apply
option when applications are available. A schedule listing is not a guarantee
of an available seat.

How to apply
1. Open the official schedule link for the centre you prefer.
2. Find the 2027 Teenagers’ and Children’s Courses section.
3. Check the course date, age or date-of-birth requirement, language
and application opening date.
4. Click Apply beside the selected course when the application option
becomes available.
5. Fill in the student’s details accurately. Some centres specifically
ask for a complete residential address and WhatsApp number.
6. Wait for the centre’s acceptance and attendance confirmation before
booking travel.
Important information for parents

Age limits are centre-specific.
A student who is eligible at one centre may not qualify at another.
·
Some courses are 7-day
residential Vipassana courses; some are shorter teenager or Anapana programmes.
Do not assume all courses teach the same programme.

Check whether the course is
girls-only and whether female servers are available, as indicated by the
centre.
·

status may change. The live official schedule is the final reference.

Read the Code of Discipline and
course instructions before applying. Contact the centre if any eligibility
detail is unclear.
